What we know is that customers LOVE great products and services, some customers fall in love with great products, they take great products and become advoates: sell them to their friends and family. 

 The question is how do you make you product one of these products. I am not going to name them, but there are many cliche answers on a Great Product, you will have your answers from a fishing reel (I dont fish) to a ski (I do) to a tractor (I did). 

 What makes them great products – is it all luck? eg timing, when we look at all the parameters product and marketing timing are unbelievalbly important. but more than that yep its about customers, knowing customers, knowing markets, knowing price points, being clarvoyant (maybe)…..
