Keith O’Loughlin
Chairman
Keith brings over 20 years of tech industry experience to the table, with a track record of leading companies to global success in both B2B and B2C domains.
With a knack for innovation, Keith has steered multiple ventures to new heights. His expertise spans technology, marketing, and business scaling strategies.
His journey began at PwC, followed by impactful stints at Ladbrokes Coral, Gala Coral, Boylesports, and Intuition. These roles honed his skills and laid the groundwork for his entrepreneurial ventures.
In 2021, he co-founded JKO Capital alongside Eddie Jordan and Andrew Tipton, securing an impressive $4bn for the acquisition of Playtech PLC. With Keith's leadership, JKO Connect is primed to unite people, capital, companies, and ideas, fostering fruitful partnerships and customer success
Keith has a unique knowledge of technology and marketing and a deep understanding of how to scale a business based on innovation, entrepreneurship, and a commitment to success.

Andrew's career is composed of diverse experiences across financial services, telecoms, consultancies, engineering, and gaming.
Having navigated both corporate behemoths and nimble startups in the tech realm, Andrew boasts a rich repertoire of skills and insights. In recent years, he's been at the forefront of Agile Transformations, donning hats as an agile coach, product manager, and entrepreneur.
Andrew's true passion lies in empowering individuals to unleash their full potential. This zeal led him to JKO Connect, where he was enlisted to spearhead growth initiatives and attract top-tier talent. With his innate ability to inspire greatness in others, Andrew plays a pivotal role in expanding JKO Connect's footprint and drawing in the brightest minds in the industry.

Oleksiy brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in architecting high-performance systems that drive business success. His career spans full-stack development, digital transformation, and engineering management across sectors such as fintech, healthcare, gaming/gambling and enterprise solutions. Known for his pragmatic, security-first approach, Oleksiy builds scalable, resilient systems—from robust monoliths to agile microservices—that deliver tangible value.
A lifelong creative at heart, whether capturing striking landscapes with his Canon camera or engineering elegant software architectures, Oleksiy infuses every project with an exceptional eye for detail and balance. Much like a master photographer relies on focus, composition, and timing, his technical solutions are crafted through strategic planning, agile methodologies, and careful trade-off analysis.
In his role as a consultant and enterprise architect, Oleksiy guides organizations through complex digital transformations and AI integrations, ensuring every technical decision aligns seamlessly with broader business objectives. Proficient in technologies including TypeScript, Python, Node.js, AWS, React, and GraphQL—and certified as an AWS Solutions Architect—he champions adaptive architectures that streamline development, enhance observability, and reduce technical friction.
Beyond the boardroom, Oleksiy is an avid photographer and outdoor enthusiast who thrives on hiking, offroading, and skiing.
